A place to document my life and thoughts - well, mostly my daughter's life :) She is my world. I love her <3 I couldn't ask for a more wonderful family.
So I randomly passed out on the couch today for like 2 hours even though I shouldn’t have been tired. And when Lila woke up me up stealing my blanket, I was pretty annoyed. Once I fully woke up, I was like “hmmm, that’s weird” and even though I’m technically not late, yet, I was suspicious of my behavior and decided to take a pregnancy test.
POSITIVE! And not just...

We didn't make it to church :( It's been hard for us to go to church lately because we have the child who likes to sleep in until 11a. We tried, but it was way too late by the time we were ready to leave.
So I made this card instead :P

We had a nice family day today exploring the coast. These pics were taken at Ghost Tree on 17-mile Drive. 
Some wild mushrooms started growing out in the grass in front of our apartment and I couldn't help myself -- I had to take some photos. I think this one was the best. 
Lila absolutely loves this app. It's pretty cool to see how she's learned to navigate around the iPad and even knows which icon opens this app.
